Judi- This is so completely underrated. I really figured this would be to 10 for sure. Really excellent work - love the rainbow in the background, and the almost sad face to contridict the bright colors and lighting.
Oh this is so aweseome -- I can't even believe how awesome it is. Ridiculously underrated. I feel like I'm in a time warp looking at a magazine cover in the 60's :)
Fabulous portrait! It is such a pleasant surprise to see these creative rainbow portraits in this challenge. I don't think I've seen one yet I didn't like. Why the solomn face though? I think happy thoughts when I think rainbow :) 8
Now Judi when I was a kid my mother told me I was never to write,draw,colour,paint,use markers,food colouring, glue,sparkles or dye on my person. You are breaking all of my mothers rules with your kids and husband. You are so cool can I come and live at your house:-}
As usual your daughter is beautiful and classic in pose. The approach you have taken is wonderful and it's easy to see why you use your family as your models. If you look in your information you said you live in the middle of nowhere:-} Just tossing you a line, they are all wonderful and you have a lot to be proud of.
Everything about your shot is wonderful from the subject right down to the use of bokeh. Great work as always and I wish you the best of luck with what should be a clear choice for one of the top three.
Very bright, vibrant colors and great lighting! I find the glitter a tad bit distracting, but I also have to conceede that it adds a little bit of fun to the shot :-) Great job!
I think here the facial expression doesn't really match the concept. Happy and warm colors need a happy smile. There are some wierd flecks in the hair at the top of the head, and the eyes look really unnatural.
Even though I know whose this is I am going to vote on it. I didnt see it pre-challenge so this is still my first time seeing it. Great colors and detail. I am always in awe of how Kita has stepped up to the plate and is so willing in these shots. Great little poser (said in a very positive way). I hope Rowan follows in her shoes. Very nice image.
