this has become something of a dpc cliche, but this is a nice example of it.

Looks a bit like a realistic painting - has a sadness to it. Somewhat bleak view, bleakly viewed through a window pane design suggestive of prison bars. I like that you can see some part of the sill at the bottom, that it isn't completely obscured in shadow.
