I see the texture, but the subject and composition just don't hold my interest.

Nicely done. Doesn't have the real presence of detail that the top shots have, and sense of texture is a touch diluted by that.

The focus on the bug is just a bit off, which makes the eyes go to the stick which isn't near as interesting, in my opinion.
