Nice photo, this is for sure not a point of view not many people see. The skateboarders intense concentration on the land spot is also something different. Hopefully it was far enough away from the photographer!

unfortunately the main feature is out of focus - action shots can be difficult with focus... best bet is to manually focus when you know the place where the action is going to pass through... trial and error
