 Manaus, Brazil - set the camera down on the pew, took a bunch of photos, cropped, auto adjusted levels, contrast, shadows & highlights, H&S, resized, USM.

my only regret is that I did not have the nerve to get in the middle of the aisle exactly under the dome... there were alot of people close by praying, including several padres and I did not want to infringe on their moment.

This is a beautiful ceiling. I think it would make more of an impact if you were dead center in that dome.

I love the ceiling on this place - very beautiful. But the perspective that this one has been taken seems lopsided and offset
