You were going to limited depth of field and you succeeded nicely. It's a good take on the Challenge. If I was to "nit pick", I'd say maybe some of the background could be cropped out without losing the statement you wanted to make. Nice job, good color!
Nice macro shot, but rather uninteresting to look at. An additional object to break off the regularity of the image would have been an imrovement IMHO11. Maybe a yellow piece of candy among all the red ones?
Very good detailing and feel within focus range. Your choice of shot is perhaps a touch too confused for a great image - such a choas of objects without ever finding one single point to hold the eye. Pretty good work, nevertheless.

- DOF seems to be too shallow. The candies aren't a subject that really hold my attention for more than a few seconds.
