 A simple setup - Took a white paper and put the subject on it, then I lit the background with a strobe.
No PS just some basic lightroom adjustments.

I have to admit I'm stuck, is this a close up or macro shot to meet the challenge? Ok returning, I'll give you close up :) I think the problem is that there is no reference for size, the Glass could be 150mm (6") tall and it could have been taken with a 200mm zoom. I hope I have explained that properly. Good Luck!

I do not see anything macro about this shot. sorry. it is a nice studio type shot of some glass flowers...but not macro.
