Lovely shot! Perfect with the reflection. Personally, I'd darken it just a bit to bring out the feather detail even more. Really nice reflection shot..one to be proud of!
Love the reflection in the water on this shot, Nice color in the flamingo and detail in the feathers is very sharp. I also like the placement of your horizon, feels like you could almost fold them on top of each other. Another shot with a great feeling of symmetry.
