This must have been shot at one of the springs in centeral Florida. That blue green look to the water is typical of them due to the lime in the water. Excellent view of a manatee.
Man - I know how hard it can be to get a shot of a manatee - this one is great! Perfect color and clarity....
Usually when I see them it is in the wild somewhere with dark or mucky water.
