Meets the challenge, and decent DOF. Problem is, bottom of a beached boat is not really an attractive subject. Also, photo seems to be tilted to the left a bit. You live in an attractive area so keep shooting and your numbers will get higher.
Yes, low tide will do that do you! Nicely photographed (hope you had boots on) could use a tad less exposure time maybe (but then the bottom of the boat might be too dark); overall, it's really nice. I do wish that border wasn't so pronounced. It's the first thing I saw and of course it should be the last!
A very nice composition that draws the eye all around the frame with a lot of depth. The only thing that glares out at me as a fault is the uneven horizon line.
