 Ok, ok, YES, there really is some kind of plant growing out of our sink. Needless to say, it's in the side of the sink where we have the dishrack to dry dishes on, so it doesn't get too much water.

I think it really makes a statement, though, about how life can still flourish under adverse, even inhospitable conditions.

I'm not quite sure how to do that under the confines of "Basic editing" rules. Any tips? I was toying with submitting this as a black and white with the white border, but the green just didn't POP. I'm definitely redoing it now that the contest is over, probaby just the way you suggested :)

True, but only problem was, it wasn't a flower growing in our sink :)
