Excellent profile shot. I'd play with the levels a bit to see if you can get it to 'pop' a bit more.

Nice cockatoo portrait, Very sharp and contrasty detail especially in the feathers and the eye. Excellent DOF/ bokeh in the background. my only suggestion would be to boost the saturation of the red a bit to make it more eye catching, back to the origonal color. Jmo, as the reds are normally a bit brighter.
