absolutely stunning photograph .. the detail, especially that drop of water is amazing .. i have the same lens and i love it .. but to get this sort'v close up with the focus exactly where you want it, i find can be a very hit and miss thing .. and its difficult to tell if you got it right until you see it on your monitor .. like the wing in focus but not the eye for eg .. and tripods, i think i need some weight training !! .. i rarely use it for this sort'v shot coz bees and flies dont hang around and wait while you set it up .. you've gotta be able to move .. that's if the insect is alive of course !! |
