a contest was started, to create a dvd cover image for björk, in the style of mmparis' recent dvd covers, which basically have a television, with a capture from the dvd on the screen, with related accoutrements around it.
i wanted to do something different, and currently, the only dvd player i have (aside from my pc) is my little portable. so i took it outside on an overcast day, and took this photograph.
i knew i would have the advantage because of the lighting, and i won :)
