It took several shots (62) to get to this one, the original was rotated, cropped, changed to sepia (as the colors of the trash can and the background were a little hard on each other), some curve adjustment with Photoshop, neat imaged and resized for submition.

It is a lovely shot. I think some could say that a little motion blur would give a better idea of letting go. In my opinion the sharpness of the frozen movement makes one think if the rolls are going down or up and that is great. Well done.
Clever Idea, but that one roll of film apears to be above the dropping point which made me think "not right" and then pick at it. middle of the road 5. but thats prety high it this particular comp :O
