That's cool - the perspective is quite dizzying. I love how you made it look like the lights are about as tall as the top of the space needle? (guessing that is what this is).
I've looked at your photo for a couple of minutes now. When I place my hand over the left half of your image, I find I like it a lot better. For me, by doing so it really puts my focus on the most interesting part - the right hand side. Good use of black & white.
