For me, I do wish all of the gentleman's head was in the photo. I like your use of the rule of thirds.

Great candid and it's nice that you caught him near what he might be selling. The only thing I don't like, as it appears on my screen, is that shadows around his eyes are too dark. To me, eyes can convey a lot of the story.
