 My brother actually took this picture but it made me laugh so I wanted to share it with you.
I truly hope it does not offend anyone! If it does..please let me know and I will remove it.
He calls him Nard Man and this guy sits on a ledge in a building in San Francisco my brother was working on. Frequently gets stolen so they build another one and but it back out on the ledge.
