Induced blur. I was amazed at the red of the Little Old Lady's scooter, her red slacks, and the leopard seat. And those pink shoes! I gave her her own layer, saturated the reds, and then sharpened her. The background got some desat and gaussian blur.
the induced blur looks great .. it really makes that lady pop .. i spose the colours help too !!! ... how great that she chooses to dress in those colours .. i reckon it says something about her state of mind - positive !! .. having to get around in one of those scooters could depress even the most lighthearted person .. great photograph .. :)
