If the photo had something with a soft focus in the foreground to indicate a 'Shallow Depth of Field' I would have given it another point.

That's shallow all right! I think the Bud bottles in the background are not needed and make the shot seem busy... Oh yeah, I'm a Miller drinker!

I like how the dof here hints at other things in the room. I am wondering, however, why the item in focus is the most important. Nice contrasts and interesting point of view here, too.
