A great subject for this B&W challenge. The awning and the bench are superb! The white wall is a bit too bright IMO but I'm not sure you could have done better with the light you had.
Nice composition, but a bit bright in a lot of areas. I like the shadow from the awning. Possibly some selective masking and then just adjust your shadows/highlight in the bright areas.
