Bounce lighting, right and left. Cropped and slightly adjusted lighting to darken the background and add a weak spot on the wine glass. Really trying to draw the viewer's eyes to the cheese and the wine. Added the rose to the composition to add an element of passion.

Beautiful photograph. I am really curious why you turned the wine bottle, however. I would move the wine bottle a little closer to the glass and not crop the scene so tightly.
nice..I like the idea, this was one of my first ideas, a little more lighting to highlight the image , the top of the wine glass knid of fades into the background, but over all i like it
Nice, romantic effect here. The exposure on the cheese is fine, but you needed to adjust your levels to bring the bottle and glass into the frame. I'm not sure about the stem being cut off, or the actual positioning of the rose head. 4
