This is for the people who think you need dSLRs to shoot pretty pictures. I always believed that lense is most important part of photography. One should get a better lense than a shabby lense and very good body.
post challenge: Another 6.5x. I was not expecting it, specially because I was thinking that there will be lots of great pictures in the challenge. In fact I was not entering this challenge, for the reason that it looked very crowded (many entries).
shot this half heartedly just a day before the deadline. Was not keen on entering it because it was very boring subject. There was no creativity involved in this.
Only positive about this shot was that it is technically perfect. Exposure, focus composition all were good.
anyway i would take 6.5+ anytime on DPC.

I see these wild grasses all around our neighborhood by the creek. They are so pretty and you captured these two well. Nice lines to add some interest and geometry to the shot.
