The composition, focus, and colors are all superb, but this shot doesn't hold a lot of impact for me. Good try though! :)

I really like this image because of the simplicity, the colors, the shape, the rhythm of the round shapes, but I don't feel like it conveys power. If the lights were brighter or if the angle were more straight on. It's a great image, but I don't really feel it fits the theme. Also, the stars or whatever that is in the upper third in the image really detracts from the lights.

This strikes me as rather whimsical :) How would it look with a bit of bump in saturation?
