 Zoom blur at Queen Wilhelmina's flower garden adjacent to the windmills at Golden Gate Park. Tried a bunch of these just playing around with slow shutter speeds in the early evening shadows. This one was handheld at 1/4 second.

Some levels, contrast, brightness, saturation, lightness, cloned out a sensor speck, resize, border, s4W.

The zoom effect doesn't do anything for me.

Interesting take on the challenge. I think that the effect would have worked better if the focal point was so centered.
