Three images combined - this took quite a bit of work in photoshop! Hope this does well... I really like it. When I first saw the wings challenge, I really wanted to try something like this, but it was only advanced editing.
Lots of burning and dodging, cuves, brighness/contrast, selective color, shadows/highlights, cropping, cloning etc.
