it looks like there's a second woman without the cloth covering her face ... larger and to the left and slightly distorted ... freedom at a price .. :)

again, the tetures of the overall image add to the total feeling. These images, yesteray & today's are great ones. Remind me of a series of pen & Ink drawings (The Nucleus) an artist friend (Sylvia Edwards) of mine did when she lived in Iran (when it was still US-friendly).

What rings loudest for me in these images is the sense that women are still subjected to laws which limit their freedom & potential. sigh...
