With all that jumble of horses I don't get much sense of subject or motion. I realize this wasn't a motion challenge, but I'm just saying in general motion would have created more interest. It is a good capture of speed and energy though. Did you try motion panning with the horses? Sometimes that will add motion although it can be tricky....
This shot has a bit of potential. You've lost a bit off the hind legs of the number 1 horse already. The number 3 horse seems to be the subject in this shot and cropping a bit of the left would add emphasis to that. The number 3 horse actually looks to me like he's making a move on the outside.
If this were in advanced I'd work the sky a bit to make it a little darker.
That aside you got a good capture here with pretty decent sharpness considering the subject(s) are moving.
The spelling mistake was the first thing I saw. Don't get mad at me, it just happened that way. I will try hard not to let it influence me, but thought you should know, anyway.
The photo is ok, I certainly do get the feeling of "speed" from it.
Good image. Unfortunate grammatical error in title. Not reducing my vote because of it, mind you. Just a distraction from an otherwise fine entry. (You meant.... they're) (8)
