Cloned out pimples and cleaned skin a bit.
Desaturated white of eyes and then used a brush to put back some more white.

As best as I can remember these are the steps I took in getting the image you see. It was a lot of playing around, trial and error.
She's a student of mine. I was taking pictures at her house and I pointed the camera at her while she was turned away from me and yelled out her name. She turned around and SNAP.
Nice girl, but the post-processing makes her look completely different. I'll submit the image I work with after the challenge, and if to see if people can help me retrace my EXACT steps in this since I want to apply this PP to some other nice photos I have.
