That is a nice pan shot, keeping the boat relatively sharp, and letting everything else slide by a bit. I also like the little burst of red and white in an otherwise plain looking scene.

I like the soft focus. I wonder how this would look if you cropped it some. The lower part where the boat is has some yummy tones to it.
