perhaps try simplifying the composition. Try a shallower DOP to enhance the subject/s?

Nice contrast and clairty. The badge on the arm is a bit distracting however.

seems like the exposure just isnt quite right here. Great consept, but no absolute black or white, which makes it look kinda muddy. I would also suggest having done a little more staging with this.
