I just happened to be out testing my new camera this evening not really able to concentrate on the challenge, when low and behold by mistake the first photo I take is a back-lit shot.
So I thought why not thats the whole idea.

Humm - I'm sure you've heard this already, but this shot (while being very nice) does not really fit in a backlighting challenge. In a free study, I'd give this a 7 or 8. In this challenge - a 6 just because it's such a good shot.
