 This was taken at Rivercenter mall, I was on the upstairs level and as I passed, I looked out the window and saw this scene down below, so right there thru the window, I pointed my camera thru all the store "stuff" and took the picture. It was so far away, so I'm glad for a blur challenge so I could say it kinda sorta turned out :)

BTW, how did you do this (the way this image is focused & not)? aperture setting, PS? both?

I'm really fond of this. I like how the railing is focused and the girl and the birds are not. The line of the rail takes us from left to right. Great frame too. This may be one of my favs of yours during this challenge. NICE ONE.
