I quite like the tones and contrast of this image. The bridge in the way is quite disconcerting and will likely be roundly voted down. I am guessing 5.3 to 5.5. But the tones, contrast and color may boost it to the high 5s. I can hope!!!

Interesting post... But i really like the composition you setup. Some may complain about the bridge blocking the skyline, but i think it really enhances the picture.
I like the idea you had to frame the skyline with the bridge. Perhaps framinging it completely within the bridge would've given this photo more of a "finished" feel. Everything considered, it's a really nice photo that has great tonal range.... (IMO)
