A quick 'Levels' adjustment would boost the colours and contrast of this very well.
If you have photoshop i suggest trying it;
Image > Adjustments > Levels, then drag the sliders to where the black 'mountain' starts and stops in the graph.

I hope i'm not 'teaching you to suck eggs' as it were, just a suggestion you might not know of.
I do like the shot though, wish we had birds like that round here!

It's a shame the birds beak isn't more in focus. Nice job with the reflection though.
