Although I do like the composition and color range, this would be a much stronger image if the person was not in it. The eye is drawn immediately to the person because of the green shirt and the viewer misses the spectalcular landscape...

Interesting concept. I like the contrast of the green sweater against the brown stone. Muted sky helps to bring attention to the girl.
