I arranged a glow-in-the-dark rosary on a black t-shirt on the bed. I then manually set up the camera on a tripod for 16 sec and the aperture at f8.0 then focused on rosary. In total darkness, I then shone a flashlight wrapped with red cellophane. Pressed the shutter and waited for 8 sec; the next 8 sec, I shone the flashlight on the camera itself.
