This is an old warehouse building built in 1889. The new owners have been restoring it to bring it back close to the way it looked when it was first built.
The sepia treatment seemed to work better than the color version to bring out the contrast between the ivy, bricks, window and the foliage in the foreground.

Interesting study in patterns/textures; the nearly white treatment of windowframe is nicely balanced/ brought down by the foreground foliage, making this a composition not just a collection. (Dpc size limitation doesn't do justice to this sort of thing, imho).
