I was out today getting some firewood for next winter, and passed an abandoned house... Took some pics, Saw this challenge, though I should enter for the sake of it.. You get the idea.
Simple editing, bumped the contrast, desat, USM, rotate, crop, scale, USM again and save.
I sorta like this type of image, but I know most DPC'ers don't, so here's to another 5.0 :-).

I love this kind of subject, great use of rule of thirds, the only thing spoiling for me is the fact that isn't 100% straight! I do think the twig adds something to the picture.
