Post process: rotate, crop, select sky only and use levels to intensify blue, deselect, hue/saturation, levels, unsharp mask, noise ninja, duplicate layer and set to "overlay", set fill on overlay layer to 36%, flatten, use clone tool to fix minor imperfections in my sky selection, resize, save.

a little motre sharpness and this would be so much better.
I kind of dislike the unnautral color of the sky and there seem to be halos around the bird.
