My first thoughts was: -"If this was a DPC challenge you'll get a 4 score with this". But it isn't and I think you did a good job playing with the colors. Maybe I would touch the contrast (curves), bringing more dark parts to the pic and that yellow is asking for company from (some more) green in the leafs. Anyway, one of the most effective effects with lensbaby is having a blurry vignette coming from the margins of the pic till a sharp point giving all the way the viewer needs for putting his attention in the main element of the composition. You haven't done this here and I think you loose some points in your composition just because of that. A main subject will fit great surrounded by these beautiful colors. |
