I like the picture itself but I don't know about the processing you chose to use here. The face is dark and generally this type of processing is used for dark evil looking images. Sometimes you can get away with it on certain images but not on this one.

Overall the setup with the model on the steps and the why the camera points is good. I would like to see this processed in a different manner to allow the model to shine.

Not normally a fan of strong light like this, but in this instance it works with the acidic colors.
