oops: forgot a little story! I shot this coming home the Academy of Natural Science where I had shot my butterfly image ( )for the Insects II Challenge. It was raining all day and I had to wait about 15 minutes for a cab and was soaked by the time I got one. I got in the cab and get the camera out and start shooting the rain on the window, finally having my macro lens with me and I did not want to pass up the opportunity. The cab driver saw what I was doing and, thinking he was being helpful said, "Oh! You want to take pictures?" and OPENED THE WINDOW! AHHHHHHHHHHHH! I shreiked,"NNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Close it! Please!" And he did, but the drops were all gone....well at least for the moment. Fortunately I got this one in before the incident.
Neat colors and texture in the drops, but doesn't really stand on its own as a "picture" for me. OTOH, I'd put it in my textures file and use it with something else.
You Totally astound me each and everyday with your talant. This is really great. I love it. Wonderful colors, and love the water droplets effect, and the detail and focus is awesome.
