I addition to the subject being static and fairly boring, the guy on the right with the camera really doesn't help the composition.

It would have improved it a lot to wait for the guy taking a snapshot to move away or for you to maybe step forward a step.

The location is wonderful, the person taking the photo on the right is really not good. If you were not able to wait until they left I would have cropped him out - I realise you'd loose some of the building but it would be worth it - with him in it, it looks less of a challenge entry and more like a snapshot.
