This was a fun side challenge and for the last day I wanted to do this composite that shows all of my shots. Thanks to all the commenters. It was a great learning process for me as I viewed and commented on your shots as well.
Yes I used pse 5.0 and hit create photo layout at the top menu bar choosing the one with 5 frames at the bottom then just duplicated frame layer until I had them all in. I used gradient map in a beige for the bg color and a simple gray border and script text at the bottom after I extended the canvas a little to create room for it.
