A centered crop is not appealing to me and it looks like you've increased the red way too much. I can't imagine his feet are really that color. The focus is very, very nice though.
Wow - look at those red legs. That's the first thing that jumped out at me about your image. It's a very bright and slightly overly saturated for my personal tastes. I do like the sharpness of the bird though.
