You did all you could with that original picture, other than Neat Image as I had suggested, but why submit this picture at all? Surely you could have picked about any other picture and found a title or lyric that would shoehorn it in like some (understatement!) others did.

It's too grainy, and in this one I don't think it helps. Try some Neat Image or Noise Ninja.
