The colors, exposure and lines are all lovely here. Unfortunately, you were punished by the voters because the photo is not quite in focus. With a tripod, this could very easily have been in the mid-6 range. You have a great eye - now all you need to do is steady that camera :-)
Pity thid is so soft in focus as it would be a fantastic image based on colour and composition...you are new here, so welcome and I hope you do really well in the future
Nice catchlight in the eye. Good color and exposure overall. The photo could be sharper and a small boost in contrast would also help this some. Good luck in the challenge.
