That's right! Next time just a touch shallower DOF to maybe blur the picture wall a bit? I mean, next time he needs to do laundry! :P Love how the drink matches the candle, lol.
I don't award points for cliche. The composition is fine, I like the triangular dynamics. Far wall (and the photo in general) feel over exposed. A bit more mid-tone contrast would improve it IMHO.
Funny shot and all, meets the challenge. I'm guessing you metered off that bright stairwell and then had to push exposure up later, because that's a hell of a lot of noise in the foreground.
Nice fun capture - Looks a little soft in the foreground which is where I think the sharpness should have been as it's from the womans perspective. Nice idea though
