In the immediate area where I live we have many roads that are lower than the average elevation of the land around them. In a desert that is usually not a problem, but when we get lots of rain we get lots of flooding. This is a shot of one of the narrow little dirt roads that runs under the freeway here in Polvadera, that of course get somewhat to extremely flooded when the rains come.
